Insurance Claims Procedure:
In the event of a claim YOU MUST take the following actions:
Report the theft / loss of the item to the police within 24 hours of
discovery.
Report the theft / loss of the
equipment / mobile phone to your Service Provider within 12 hours of discovery
and blacklist your handset.
Notify us as soon as possible but
in any event, within 48 hours of discovery.
If your claim relates to a fault
with the item, your item must be provided as evidence.
